Thanks to =Quackedsquare . The fact that ANYONE on here is questioning or more accurately, trying to justify this, is insane. *533497 has been so right. It's advertising without a license or permission on DA and it's also posting an artwork that the member did not create (redistributed) on DA as their own copyright work. This is a serious no-no and is covered in multiple FAQ's. I'm glad it was reported.
No, you can't You don't own it. Period. Even if you gave credit, you're still crediting it as yours when you post it on DA DA is not a photobuecket. End of story :/
Even if it is part of a publicity package, why post it in a DeviantART gallery? Using a DevART account to give free advertising to a corporate entity like Hasbro (which is perfectly capable and permitted to purchase ad-space on DeviantART) is not only a complete waste of gallery space, but it's in violation of the terms of service. FAQ #574:Can I advertise on deviantART without purchasing an official advertising package?
Moreover, there's the fact that, the way DevART is set up, a copyright notice ascribed to the uploader is attached to every deviation posted by default. Some people thinking switching that to a Creative Commons license supersedes any spurious claim of ownership the copyright notice would yield, but this isn't true as the Creative Commons license actually works on top of normal copyright stipulations and simply grants a "usage license" in lieu of any sort of active agreement or case-by-case contract.
You can't actually.Even if you give credit or don't claim it,It still breaks copyright laws and it's still art theft. You would have to have permission from the makers themselves to use their image. So no,You can't upload posters or screencaps.
